These volunteers bring diverse expertise in fields such as science, business, entrepreneurship, and project/program management. “Open Stage” is an ongoing event series at Commonroom that began in March 2023. Each edition of Open Stage features three key elements:

  • Open Mic Evening: A platform for anyone to perform and share their talents.
  • Vernissage: An opening event that showcases new artistic works.
  • Exhibition: A display of diverse artworks.

Every edition of Open Stage revolves around a specific theme, often abstract, providing a creative framework for performances and artistic endeavors. The event is designed to foster interpersonal connections and artistic expression, encouraging participants to explore and engage with a wide range of topics.

“In Conversation With” is a dynamic and inclusive platform that brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds to engage in meaningful discussions, share unique experiences, and inspire one another. By fostering an environment of open dialogue, we aim to create a space where learning and teaching happen organically through shared experiences.

Format:

“In Conversation With” adopts an informal and interactive communication format. Each session is initiated by a host who poses thought-provoking questions to a featured guest. What sets our format apart is the active involvement of the audience. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share their perspectives, and engage in the conversation, making each session a collaborative and enriching experience.
