kickstart our creative community fund : commonroom for all
creativ community fund makes it possible to share the commoroom experience with even more people. we want to make our events and workshops more accessible especially for individuals who might not be able to afford them. the fund will allow us to offer partially and fully covered spots for those with financial barriers. let’s make a positive change with us.
The first initiative to establish the creative community fund is our crowd funding campaign supported by imGraetzl.
our project endeavors to broaden commonroom’s impact by opening our creative events also to individuals facing socio-economic barriers. by fostering a culture of sharing and caring, we aim to make commonroom an accessible and enriching space for all.
we successfully reached our goal: to make our courses available for 100 individuals
achieved funding: 9165 €
campaign: 14.02.2024-18.03.2024
we can now:
- expand reach: to make resources of commonroom accessible for 100-150 people by full or partial scholarships
- build community: to foster an open culture of exchange and care within the community using art creation as binding element.
- make a creative impact investment: recognizing creativity as a powerful tool for positive change and an investment in a society of encouraged individuals.
- support artists: ensuring a fair compensation to our artists and facilitators recognizing their passion and experience.
- encourage and empower creative individuals: support their independence and autonomy as they contribute to the vibrant cultural tapestry of our creative community.
- show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei): to create a community that values and celebrates diversity.
- make social Impact: empowering the idea of launching similar initiatives in different communities, fostering positive change and contributing to a more inclusive society.

We want to invite everyone to be part of the commonroom experience, fostering inclusivity and togetherness,
because everyone deserves a place, where accepted as they are
the creative community fund is a sign of generosity a vehicle to allocate resources from those in abundance to those, just on their way to it. We collect donations and organizing fund raising campaigns in order to be able to share our treasures and impact independently of socio-economic stance.
On the one hand we support and encourage participants, wanting to grow and join our classes,
on the other hand we give a platform for creative individuals to share their knowledge and passion, to try and play and learn and grow together with their audience.
