Adrián Klepe – Neuroscientist, certified yoga and breathwork instructor (currently teaching at Manas Yoga Studio), and NeuroMindfulness® Coach. Adrián bridges scientific understanding with mindfulness practices to support awareness, balance, and connection. He co-develops programmes integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, meditation, and movement to enhance well-being and mindful communication in diverse settings. Riccardo Trapannone – Post-doctoral researcher in cell and neurobiology, and certified sustainability expert passionate about communication and collaboration. Riccardo combines scientific insight with mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to design experimental workshops that promote connection, empathy, and sustainable community practices. Together, Adrián and Riccardo as The Mindful BAse create spaces where ancient practices and modern science meet – supporting individuals and communities in living with greater awareness, compassion, and authenticity.
