pilates uses the core muscles as the focal point of strength and improves balance, strength, posture and quality of life.

this class is open for everyone interested in taking time for their body and giving it some extra love.
we will be focusing on technique and breathing. using the core muscles, practising balance and coordination, obtaining strength and sculpting the body.

vesna is bosnian born, austrian raised.
she’s a trained dancer and actress and has been practicing pilates for 20 years, as part of her cross training.
after living in nyc and berlin and traveling the world as an artist, she’s back in vienna, where she started her pilates teaching journey in 2013.
her passion for movement is her driving force
