play with clay (3+)

Hand building with clay is messy, fun, and most importantly gives children confidence and allows self expression! This is a great class where children can use their imagination and creative skills to make unique pieces. They will go through the complete process of creating a ceramic piece. They will be guided through different techniques: wedging clay, pinching technique, how to attach clay pieces, slabbing, painting, decorating.

Things to note: 

• All materials are included.
• All materials are washable and the glazes we use  are food safe.
• Please keep in mind that it’s more about the experience, free your expectations and motivate your kids to focus on the experience.
• Your pieces will be fired within 2 weeks, depending on how busy the studio is.
• We keep the pieces at the studio for max 3 months.
