This private session offers an introduction to observational drawing through still life composition, designed specifically for beginner participants.
The workshop focuses on carefully arranged objects, materials, and spatial relationships, allowing participants to explore:
- Perception and visual awareness
- Proportion, light, and shadow
- Line, texture, and composition
- Personal interpretation and expression
Guided by one of our experienced artists, the session balances structured exercises with open creative exploration, making it accessible and engaging for all skill levels.
Learning Experience
The workshop is structured in three parts:
- Introduction
A short contextual overview of drawing as a tool for observation and artistic thinking. - Hands-on Practice
Participants work individually on still life setups, with guidance and feedback. - Reflection & Discussion
A shared moment to reflect on process, perception, and artistic outcomes.
All materials are provided. Participants will leave with their own drawings.
Optional Add-on
A light lunch or coffee & cake break can be arranged at our in-house café before or after the session.
