The Diversity FRESCO

We are excited to host the Diversity Fresco, an interactive 3-hour workshop exploring how discrimination and bias emerge in our societies and everyday interactions. The workshop is facilitated in cooperation with Angelika, and we are very happy to bring this experience to our community.

As with our SDG Games, the evening begins with a networking dinner at 17:00, creating space to meet other participants, exchange ideas, and connect. At 18:00, the workshop officially starts.

Using the principles of collective intelligence, participants work together to explore the cognitive and social mechanisms behind discrimination. Through guided activities and open discussion, the workshop introduces possible approaches to reducing bias while reflecting on their impact and limitations. The goal is to develop a shared understanding and common language that supports constructive conversations about diversity and inclusion.

The workshop requires a minimum of 9 participants.

The Diversity Fresco was co-designed by Belugames and ESSEC Business School.
