the purpose of practicing yoga is to be fully present and aware in every moment and at the same time relaxed in a given position. through the practice we develop awareness of ourselves and our needs, and thus we become more aware of where our reactions, thoughts, decisions come from, and thus we begin to control our mind, we are more self-confident and increase our potential. at the end of the class during the position of shavasana there will be a sound bath. it is a holistic method of relaxation that works on the basis of sound and vibration. every single cell and every organ in our body vibrates ideally in harmony. so the sound bath helps to relieve stress and tension and this way you can restore your body to its original harmony. furthermore it’s regulates endocrine glands and blood pressure, it’s balances the left and right cerebral hemispheres and promotes joy in life.
my name is Lucia. I’m from italy/slovakia and I am an internationally certified RYT 500 yoga instructor and have sound healing certificates from india and slovakia. my journey of love for yoga began at the beginning of 2018, when I traveled to India to get one of my certificates. the whole world has changed and I saw this opportunity as something special. I asked myself how is it possible that my mind, my heart and my soul are aligned in the same way? I found the answer to that question during my travels in asia, where I taught yoga with an open heart and an open mind.
