Real impact & Creative connection
Bring your team together!
Creative team programmes in the heart of Vienna + designed for your your team with zero stress to organise.
At Commonroom, team events are about giving your team time to step away from the everyday, enjoy creating with their hands, and connect through a shared experience — guided by our facilitators in a calm, light-filled studio in the heart of Vienna’s 8th district. Every programme ends with something tangible: a collective artwork created together, individual pieces to take home or to the office, and a team that has spent meaningful time together. From a relaxed creative afternoon to a structured Learn-Develop-Implement programme, we design everything around your team’s needs — and we take care of all the rest.

YOUR BENEFITS
Easy to organise
Tell us your date, group size, and goals — we handle the rest. One inquiry is all it takes.
Builds real team dynamics
Structured creative exercises that improve how people actually communicate and collaborate — not just on the day, but beyond it.
Creativity as a real tool
Hands-on making — ceramics, painting, printmaking — unlocks thinking and conversation that a meeting room rarely does. Teams consistently surprise themselves with what they come up with together.
Novel, low-risk, inclusive
Something genuinely different from a dinner or escape room — that works for all personality types, with no artistic experience needed.
Something lasting to show for it
The impact doesn’t stop when the session ends. Individual pieces to take home, a collective artwork to display — objects that carry the memory of the day forward.
